The Rotary Club of Sunbury conducts a number of Fundraising Projects. One of those projects is the Family Market and Car Boot sale on the first Saturday of the month except January.The funds from this market are used for community and international projects.
The Rotary Club of Sunbury also has service projects.
Bangers on Brook: A sausage sizzle and water for hotel patrons every second Saturday night from 12:00 to 2:00am.
Plans are being made to improve the Rotary Park on Ligar Street.
Every year the club conducts a spelling competition for the local primary schools through youth service (New Generations Committee)
Through the Community Health Centre the club provides funds for help to families experiencing hard times.
We run various vocational events such as "Pride of Worksmanship", and "Stories on O'Shannassy" as well as members visit industrial organizations.
For some years now we have had in place a "Sports and Recreation Foundation" that provides some funding for budding sportspeople, educational scholarships and recreation.
